Caroline has worked in the field of emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing for 18 years. She is fully trained and experienced in Psychotherapy, Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Analytical and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Past Life Regression Healing. Caroline continues to update and improve her qualifications through ongoing studies and integrates her experience and skills uniquely to each client.
Caroline offers safe and non-invasive therapy within a comfortable and secure environment. Her goal when working with each client is that the client leaves therapy with the skills and tools to make the positive changes that they define for themselves to ensure that they are able to bring improvements and satisfaction to life.
Caroline also offers workshops in personal development, Spiritual Awakening, Past Life Regression and Soul Retrieval for small groups.

Past life regression with an experienced therapist is always a preferable option. If your not sure yet, why not try a past life reading. Your past life reading will be partially prepared using charts that are very old. My late mother, a clairvoyant medium very well respected in her time, used these charts for readings since I was a child. I am now retired and still using them.
