Many people find themselves asking "what is life really all about?"

It may be that you are seeking Past Life Regression (PLR) therapy out of curiosity or to help overcoming a problem you are struggling with in this life. In addition to PLR, I also offer Life Between Lives spiritual regression sessions (LBL). I had the pleasure of training with The Newton Institute, under the direction of Dr Michael Newton, author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls and pioneer of Life Between Lives hypnotherapy.

LBL sessions offer the ability to view life on Earth from a totally different perspective. It is an incredibly therapeutic and empowering experience. When we personally experience that death is not the end of our existence, it has the ability to free us from many fears as we begin to understand that we have a higher purpose. This is an opportunity to connect to our essence that survives beyond death and discover who we really are.

During the LBL session individuals derive an enhanced understanding of their decision to come to Earth, why they have had to face the challenges that have arisen during the course of life, and what needs of their soul are being fulfilled in passing through these experiences. Through an encounter with the "Council of Elders" and a visitation to what some have termed "The Place of Life Selection" there comes an understanding that our present human incarnation, like those which preceded it, is a precious opportunity for spiritual evolution. As a result, people return to wakeful consciousness with a deeper commitment to live out their "soul's contract" or life's purpose. Many have said that the LBL experience has helped them to tackle life's difficulties with renewed energy and allowed them to live life with excitement and understanding and the calmness that comes from seeing our existence from a totally different perspective.

Past life regression with an experienced therapist is always a preferable option. If your not sure yet, why not try a past life reading. I always ask that you treat your past life reading as a bit of fun, something like a horoscope. Past life readings of this nature are NEVER something to reach life changing conclusions on.

Your past life reading will be partially prepared using charts that are very old. My late mother, a clairvoyant medium very well respected in her time, used these charts for readings since I was a child. I am now retired and still using them.
